Terms & Policies

PAYMENT:

Payment for all projects is to be delivered on the day of the shoot. If the project consists of multiple shoots over a longer period of time a deposit comprising 30% of the total cost is expected before completion of the first shoot. An invoice will be delivered with a total cost before the shoot date and is to be printed and signed, given with the payment. *All payments are accepted in check or cash.

TIMEKEEPING/MINIMUM

All time is kept on an hourly scale and will be shown with decimals on invoices. Time is rounded to the nearest quarter hour for jobs under 2 hours(1 hour and 10 minutes would be represented as 1.25 hours). For jobs over the 2 hour threshold time is kept to the nearest half hour (3 hours and 23 minutes would be represented as 3.5 hours). We also require a minimum time of 30 minutes for editing or post production, 1 hour for video or photos, and a minimum of 2 hours for a full video production.

DELIVERY:

All delivery of assets is done initially through Google Drive. You will receive an email with a link giving you access to a folder where your files are held to be downloaded. All wedding ceremonies or events will receive a DVD mailed to an address of their choosing of the event as well unless discussed otherwise. ***Projects will be delivered 1-2 weeks after payment is received and processed unless discussed otherwise. All invoices include a copy of these terms.***

C-Squared Productions is a creative company with a specific vision. We use our perspective to make things we think others will enjoy and engage with. We can not make everything perfect and anything we create is to our best ability. Every video is allowed 1 free round of revisions unless discussed otherwise.
