Terms & Policies

PAYMENT:

A deposit comprising 50% of the total cost of each project is expected by or before the first shoot. A deposit invoice will be delivered before the shoot along with a followup invoice to be paid after receiving product. Initial content delivered will be watermarked with all products receiving 2 rounds of free revisions. Once approved, payment is expected before all final products are sent to client. *Payments are accepted digitally via Quickbooks, check or cash.

TIMEKEEPING/MINIMUM

Time is segmented into half-day, full-day, and hourly rates. Half-day includes up to 4 hours of production, full-day includes up to 8 hours of production, and anything less or more than those increments is charged via an hourly rate. As of today, June 6th, 2025, half-day rates for video/photo production as well as post-production are charged at $400 for a half-day, $800 for a full-day, and $120 an hour.

DELIVERY:

All delivery of assets is done initially through Google Drive. You will receive an email with a link giving you access to a folder where your watermarked files are held to be downloaded. Once approved, payment is expected and a final, nonwatermarked product will be delivered. ***All projects without will be delivered 1-3 weeks after final shoot unless agreed upon otherwise or represented in the pricing section. All invoices include a copy of these terms.***

C-Squared Productions is a creative company with a creative vision and years of media production expertise. We use our perspective to create content people enjoy and engage with and each project we create represents our vision as well as the clients goals. Every video is allowed 2 free rounds of revisions unless discussed otherwise.
