Our Story

Hello and welcome to my website! My name is Colton Courtney and since 2016 I have run my own media production business under the name C-Squared Productions. What started as an outlet for creativity and a way to practice my videography skills quickly turned into a job that allowed me to tell really interesting stories of the people in and around my community. I have iterated on my filmmaking process for years always focusing on what I felt to be most important in each project and pressing on to tell a story in a compelling way. Every project is different, but each always offers unique challenges and opportunities to grow as a human and artist. I shoot, edit, write, research, and produce most of what I create, but every project requires collaboration from a team of amazing people that I’ve met across the years. Doing this job makes me happy, and doing it with others makes it really fulfilling. Today in 2023 I am grateful to still be creating videos and telling stories for a living. Without art, it wouldn’t really be living anyways :).

I hope to continue growing as a filmmaker bringing my passion and excitement to make the best possible product I can for all of my clients.
